These terms cover app.getcalx.co.uk and getcalx.co.uk. Calx is provided by Day One Routine Ltd, 68a High Street, King’s Heath, Birmingham B14 7JZ. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to them.Calx records certificate dates. It does not confirm someone is allowed to work.

The service

Calx lets your firm record certificate dates for crew, see what is due, and receive reminder emails. The price is £20 a month for the firm, with no per-person limit, and you can cancel at any time. You are responsible for the dates you enter and for who you send to site. A record in Calx is not a check against CSCS, CPCS, or any other scheme.

Accounts

You need an account to use the product. Keep your sign-in details safe. Do not let another firm see your register. You must be able to bind the firm you sign up.

Your firm’s data

You keep ownership of the crew records you enter. You give us permission to host them so we can provide the register, Due, reminders, and support. You confirm you have a proper reason to store that personal data, including card photos. Download Crew, Certificates, and Due as CSV from Reports in the app. Ask support@getcalx.co.uk for a data processing addendum, a full account wipe, or help with deletion.

Subscription

Paid plans are billed in pounds through Clerk Billing, with Stripe underneath. The fee is shown before you pay. VAT may be added where it applies. Cancel in the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. If a payment fails, we may suspend the account until it succeeds. We do not refund a part-month unless the law requires it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another firm’s data, upload anything you have no right to store, or use Calx to claim that someone is cleared to work. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We will tell you when we can do so without making the problem worse.

Availability

We aim to keep Calx available. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Reminder emails can fail. Check Due before you rely on a reminder.

Liability

Calx is a date register and a reminder tool. We are not liable for site access decisions, fines, or losses from dates you entered or did not act on. Our total liability in a contract year, other than liability the law does not let us limit, is the amount you paid us for Calx in that year. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending, changes, and law

You can cancel at any time. We can end the service on notice, or immediately if you break these terms. After the account ends we delete firm data as described in the privacy notice, except records we must keep. If we change what you pay or what the product does, we will update the date on this page and email the account holder when the change is material. The law of England and Wales applies.
